The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

Just turned the big 50 and have never felt better in my life! I think of my days at PSU a lot with very fond memories. My son is at GWU and has such a different life than I did at Penn State. He is in the middle of a city full of politicians, lawyers and politicians! Hence, the internship with a senator, a law firm and now a lobbyist. I spent my college days running out to the deer pens, getting soft pretzels at the WUB and eating ice cream from the creamery. I miss my friends from college that I have sadly lost touch with. If you are reading this Sandy and Susan and Dorthea, please CALL me. I was not a good friend in the early years after school but am a much better friend now and think of all of you often. I have been doing real estate here in RI for 12 years now and loving it. I work for a Sotheby's firm that is locally owned by two of the nicest people ever. I am divorced long ago but have a wonderful man in my life now. I run, do yoga and have lots of good friends here in RI. I have recently finished a whole house restoration and I am about to start another "project" house. I really enjoy the transformation. My days at Penn State were the best years of my life. Fourth floor Runkle was the best! "We like it on top"! Cheers, Mary Ann Lisi
